Mr. Anthony Zelen is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the public markets, bringing extensive expertise in finance, investor relations, sales, and corporate development. He is the co-founder of Mindshare Communications Inc. and Senergy Communications Capital Inc., both of which specialized in investor and public relations, social media, and strategic marketing for publicly traded companies across a wide range of sectors, including technology, crypto, cannabis, pharmaceuticals, mining, and oil & gas.

Throughout his career, Mr. Zelen has served as an officer and director for more than 18 publicly listed companies. His deep involvement in the venture capital space has allowed him to build a strong international network of market supporters, accredited investors, family offices, and investment banking professionals across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Mr. Zelen has also co-founded and advised over a dozen startup ventures, most notably BIGG Digital Assets Inc. (TSX: BIGG), which achieved a peak market capitalization of over $900 million. His proven track record of leadership, innovation, and capital markets insight continues to add significant value to the companies he is involved with.

Ms. Ho brings over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting, primarily within publicly listed companies. She began her career in the mining industry and has since progressed through senior finance roles across a range of industries. Her expertise includes corporate compliance, financial reporting, financial management, and advisory services relating to initial public offerings (IPOs) and reverse takeovers (RTOs).

Ms. Ho currently serves as Senior Manager at Zeus Capital, where she also holds Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions for several companies. Previously, she served as Finance Manager at Zepp Health. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia, with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Economics.

Andy is a highly accomplished geologist and mining executive with over 40 years of industry experience across the mineral exploration and mining sectors. His extensive career spans the project lifecycle, from grassroots exploration discoveries through the evaluation stage to feasibility studies, mine planning, development and management of mining operations.

A proven leader, Andy has held full strategic responsibility for organizational, operational, and budgetary management of mining and exploration companies. For more than a decade, he has served as Managing Director & CEO of ASX-listed gold mining and exploration companies. His broad geographic footprint includes 25 years working on projects across Australia as well as 15 years across the Asia-Pacific region - specifically PNG, Indonesia, Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Throughout his career, Andy has successfully managed commodity portfolios, including gold, copper, critical minerals, base metals and potash.

Mr. Raffle brings 25 years Canadian and international base and precious metals mineral exploration experience. He is a Partner, Principal Geologist and Vice President Field Operations with the leading Edmonton-based geologic consulting firm, APEX Geoscience Ltd. In addition, Mr. Raffle is a current director of Monumental Energy Corp. and Rex Resources Corp. and has held past director roles at Defense Metals Corp., and New Placer Dome Gold Corp.

He has extensive experience conducting project evaluations, exploration program design, data analysis, and geological modelling, with respect to Archean and Carlin-type-gold, copper-gold-porphyry, gold-silver-epithermal, volcanic-hosted-massive-sulphide, and rare-earth-element deposits throughout Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Simon Tso is the Principal of Athena Chartered Professional Accountant Ltd., a full-cycle accounting firm that assists both private and public companies with their financial reporting, regulatory filing, and taxation requirements, commonly as their Controller or Chief Financial Officer. Simon is also a co-founder of Zeus Capital Ltd., a boutique corporate finance firm that specializes in providing financial advisory, valuation and consulting services.

Prior to his current roles, Simon spent a number of years as an Associate at a local corporate finance firm and as a Senior Accountant at a firm of Chartered Accountants. Simon graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree with honours from the UBC Sauder School of Business, and is both a CFA Charterholder and a Chartered Professional Accountant.

Paulette Pears is a corporate compliance consultant with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and securities matters and obtained her paralegal certificate in securities in 2011. In her role as corporate secretary, Paulette ensures communication between the board of directors, executive leadership, and compliance with regulatory bodies. Ms. Pears currently serves as corporate compliance director (or lead) at Zeus Capital for several public companies. Prior to this, she was a corporate and securities paralegal with law firms located in Vancouver, BC for 20 years.
