When you send the contact form, Rush Gold stores your name, email address, enquiry topic and message in its private administration workspace so the team can review and respond to your request. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to company updates.
Company updates
When you subscribe, Rush Gold stores your email address, subscription status, the time and source of your consent, and related processing records. You can unsubscribe from company updates or contact the company to update your preferences. An unsubscribed address is not automatically subscribed again by a repeat website submission.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare services to protect forms and store submitted records. Rush Gold may connect Resend or Mailchimp to process enquiries and subscriptions. With Resend, enquiries can be emailed to the team and subscriber addresses added as contacts. With Mailchimp, enquiries can be recorded as non-subscribed contacts with notes, and subscribers synced to the selected audience. Provider sync is separate from the original record saved by Rush Gold.
Security and retention
Administrative access requires authentication. Security checks and limited request metadata help protect the service from misuse. Records remain in Rush Gold’s workspace if an optional provider is paused or disconnected. Contact the company about access, correction, removal or questions about retention of your information.
