Legal Tender

The Legal Tender property is located 62 km northwest of Tonopah, Nevada. It is situated on BLM land, 3 km northeast of the Company’s Skylight Property, and is surrounded by historic mines and active exploration.

The property is underlain by Triassic carbonates and greenstones, overlain by Tertiary volcanics.

Gold-silver assays have been identified in faults, veins and breccias along two main North–Northeast structural trends. These trends show a combined strike of some 1.6 km, and are host to multiple historic mines, that were subject to a limited rock sampling in 2016 by Silver Range Resource Ltd., including Farris Mine (grab samples including 1,875 g/t Ag), Hyland Mine Trend (grab samples including 4.94 g/t Au / 962 g/t Ag) and Black Butte mine (grab samples including 1,130 g/t Ag). These historical results have not been verified by the Company. Grab samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property.

Anomalous gold and silver values have been returned from Rush sampling, outlining the mineralised trends. A 2025 rock sampling program returned a high of 2,770 g/t Ag / 2.41 g/t Au. Rock samples are selective by nature and are not necessarily representative of the mineralization of the property. In addition, to better define drill targets, the Company's technical team have integrated rock chip assays with short-wave infrared (VIS-SWIR) hyperspectral TerraSpec analysis and WV-3 satellite alteration imagery.

Current and historic rock sampling supports the Hyland Mine Trend target as a priority drill target within the Legal Tender property, with a combined 400-metre northwest-trending strike length, exhibiting laterally persistent vein system development exploited by numerous historic exploration pits and inclined shafts.
